Preamble — التمهيد
This document is an observation.
It was written by someone who asks why.
حزب ال لأ would find this unnecessary.
They would be right.

And yet — here it is.
Because حزب الليش cannot help itself.
We ask. We document. We wonder.
That is our burden and our nature.
هي الوثيقة ملاحظة.
كتبتها وحدة بتسأل ليش.
حزب ال لأ ما رح يلاقيها ضرورية.

Article I — The Foundational Belief
ARTICLE 1.1
حزب ال لأ is thought to believe in the sun.
Not in its beauty, not in its warmth: but in its inevitability.
"The sun will rise", this is not optimism.
It's the only fact that cannot be argued with.
But حزب ال لأ does not argue — it simply negates.
حزب ال لأ بيآمن بالشمس. مش بجمالها.
مش بدفاها. بحتميتها.
الشمس رح تشرق". ها مش تفاؤل."
هي الحقيقة الوحيدة اللي ما بتتناقش.
وحزب ال لأ اصلا ما بيناقشوا — بس بيرفضوا.
ARTICLE 1.2
'Hope' is permitted within حزب ال لأ —
but only the kind that does not open a door.
Hope that leads to 'yes' is delusion.
Hope that simply exists, raw and untouched,
is the only kind the party endorses (hence: the Sun).
الأمل مسموح بحزب ال لأ —
لكن فقط من النوع اللي ما بيفتح بواب.
الأمل اللي بيودي لـ نعم : وهم.
الأمل اللي بس موجود، لا اراديا،

ARTICLE 2.1
No is not anger. No is not despair.
No is a position. A complete one.
It requires no explanation.
It requires no justification.
It simply is.
اللأ مش غضب. اللأ مش يأس.
اللأ موقف. كامل.
ما بيحتاج تفسير.
ما بيحتاج تبرير.
بس موجود.
ARTICLE 2.2 — ON مصر
مصر لا.
! Careful: this is not a political statement about Egypt. !
This is an application of the philosophy.
مصر represents everything the party rejects —
the yes that failed, the optimism that built nothing, the delusional living dressed as searching.
الأردن لا. العراق — ممكن — بس لا.

ON حزب الليش — THE ALLIED 'WHY' PARTY
حزب الليش is not the enemy. Let this be stated clearly.

حزب الليش asks why. This is their nature and their right. But asking why implies there may be an answer good enough to say yes. And that — according to حزب ال لأ — is where حزب الليش reveals itself as secretly optimistic. Secretly a yes, disguised by a question mark.

حزب ال لأ does not condemn this. It simply does not share it. The two parties may march in the same direction. They will not agree on why. حزب ال لأ will not explain. حزب الليش will not stop asking. This is the nature of their alliance.
حزب الليش مش العدو. هالشي لازم يتقال بوضوح.

حزب الليش بيسأل ليش. هي طبيعتهن وحقهن.
بس السؤال ليش بيعني ان ممكن في جواب كافي يوصل لل نعم.

Meaningless delusional living is not part of حزب ال لأ's political views.
The party does not search for meaning.
The party does not deny meaning.
The party simply does not open that door.

There is no membership card.
There is no leader.
You are either in it or you are not.
You will know.
